Find the cause first, then fix it once.
Most plumbing problems come down to one worn part or failed connection. We pinpoint it before replacing anything, so you're not paying for the same repair twice.
Troubleshooting & repairs
Leaks, low pressure, noisy pipes and fixtures that just aren't working right.
Shower valve & cartridge
Replacement for showers that drip, won't shut off or won't hold temperature.
Faucets & fixtures
Repair or replace kitchen and bathroom faucets, supply lines and shut-off valves.
Drain & shower repairs
Slow drains, leaking drain assemblies and shower-related plumbing problems.
Common problems
What's going on with your plumbing?
Pick the problem that sounds familiar to see the usual cause and how we fix it.
Shower temperature swings or won't get hot
Water that suddenly turns hot or cold, or never gets warm enough, usually points to a worn shower cartridge or a failing pressure-balance part inside the valve.
How we fix it: We open the valve, confirm the cause and replace the cartridge or valve parts, then test temperature and flow before we leave.
A drip that won't stop
A constant drip from a faucet or shower head wastes water and usually means a worn cartridge, washer or seal.
How we fix it: We replace the worn internal parts, or the whole fixture if it's past its life, and make sure it shuts off completely.
Water drains slowly or leaks around the drain
Slow drains are often a buildup problem. Water around a shower or tub drain can mean a failed drain seal or a problem with the shower pan.
How we fix it: We clear and test the drain, reseal or replace the drain assembly, and check the shower pan for damage.
Water inside the sink cabinet
Damp cabinet floors usually come from a loose connection, a worn supply line, a failing shut-off valve or a leaking drain trap.
How we fix it: We trace the leak to its source and replace the supply lines, valve or trap so it stays dry.
Specialty
Shower valve & cartridge replacement

Questions
Plumbing FAQ
Describe the problem when you call and we'll tell you what to expect.
Can you replace just the shower cartridge?
Often, yes. If the valve body is in good condition, replacing the cartridge restores normal operation without opening the wall.
Do you repair or replace faucets?
Both. If a repair makes sense we'll do it; if the faucet is worn out, we'll install a new one and replace the supply lines as needed.
Can I send photos before you come out?
Yes. Photos of the fixture, valve trim or leak help us understand the problem and come prepared. Use the estimate form to upload them.
